10.00-1.00pm Workshop with Paul Carr. (Includes tea break.)
1.00-2.00 Lunch. (Provide your own or explore the local cafes/foodstores.)
2.00-4.00 More complex workshop with Kirsty and Richard.
Or choose other options for Saturday afternoon:
One-hour historical Trentham walk guided by Ina; or try other walks, eg Trentham to Lyonville track; Wombat Forest; Trentham Falls; visit local shops, cafes and gourmet establishments, gourmet treats such as Daylesford Chocolate Mill, the Daylesford-Hepburn Springs Spa resorts, or enjoy a local wine at the nostalgic `Radio Springs’, Lyonville.
5.30pm Drinks (buy your own) then group dinner at the Restaurant Viande (formerly the Tylden Harvester),

Drinks can be purchased at bar. Dinner details: 2 courses, alternate plate drop of chicken or fish, plus dessert & tea or coffee; or (if pre-ordered); vegetarian (may include eggs/dairy) or vegan main and dessert (vegan option will be free of all animal products and also free of gluten and nuts). Cost included in all-weekend fee. The venue is limited to 65 people, so be quick if you’d like to be included in the group dinner.
