Evans Hall is 150 square metres, so we will admit up to 32 dancers, plus up to 2 people teaching at any one time and up to 3 spectators at any one time. Dancers and spectators will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, up to the limits.

- We will sanitise frequently touched surfaces (door handles, door push plates, light switches, etc) before and after the class.
- We will provide hand sanitiser, and will have spare disposable masks in case anyone forgets their own mask.
- Signs will be displayed during class to remind people how to be Covid-safe.
- Doors will be open during the class to maximise ventilation.
- Attendees will be encouraged to move outside when not dancing, and to maintain 1.5m physical distancing whenever possible.
- We will keep a record of the names and contact numbers of all attendees.
- We will act quickly to inform authorities and all those who attended if we hear of anyone becoming unwell after the gathering.
- Attendees will be instructed as follows:
- You must wear a face mask indoors at all times apart from when eating or drinking.
- Please wash your hands on arrival, and use hand sanitiser frequently, between figures or dances.

- Share only items which can easily be picked up with tongs or cutlery
- Do not crowd round the table – take your time and maintain distancing
- We recommend you bring your own tongs or cutlery to pick up shared food if offered (no fingers)
